Albert Lea is losing another top official at city hall.
Rhonda Moen is the City Finance Director. She turned in her resignation last week.
The Human Resource Director, Michael Zelenak, tells ABC 6 NEWS that Moen's last day will be October 16th.
Zelenak says Moen accepted a job in Owatonna.
