Get to know your grocery store and where to find the healthiest foods for your body.

Join Albert Lea Medical Center Dietitian Becky Goodell on a free tour of Nelson’s Grocery Store in Albert Lea.

It will take place on Tuesday, March 22 from 3 to 4 p.m.

Participants will sample healthy foods, learn how to read labels, and learn how to choose heart-healthy foods, nutrient-rich foods, and foods appropriate for diabetic diets.

Tours are limited to 10 people.
